Just three days before the Oscars, Thursday, February 23, 2017, 7 PM, Mary Claire Kendall will read from her book Oasis: Conversion Stories Of Hollywood Legends, about Gary Cooper and Mary Astor in observance of the 75th anniversary of their Oscar wins. Other Hollywood legends featured in the book are John Wayne, Bob Hope, Jane Wyman, Lana Turner, Patricia Neal and Alfred Hitchcock among others.

 

Wednesday, March 1, 2017, 7 PM: KYTV Reading Group  will discuss  The Good Soldier by Ford Madox Ford.

The Sacred Texts Group led by Ben Siegel (M.A. in Hebrew Bible and Ancient Near Eastern Studies, Claremont School Of Theology) will discuss Joshua Chapter 4 on
Monday, February 27, 2017, 2017@ 7 PM.

The Logos Bookstore Poetry Group will continue reading aloud Idylls Of The King by Alfred, Lord Tennyson, starting  with the poem Balyn and Balan
